FLOWER PRESERVATION TERMS
Section 1: Air Bubbles and Flower Drying
1.1 Air Bubbles: Our items are cast using high-quality casting resin, which may result in some air bubbles due to the chemical reaction during the setting process. While we make every effort to minimize these, some small air bubbles may be present. These are not considered faults or defects.
1.2 Flower Drying: During the drying process, flowers may experience color changes, shrinking, or, in rare cases, browning. We cannot be held responsible for these natural changes or how your flowers dry.
1.3 Flower Selection: If specific flowers or priorities are desired in certain items, kindly provide a note with your flowers; otherwise, we will use our professional judgment.
Section 2: Item Quality and Care
2.1 Warranty: Items hold no warranty, but with careful handling, they can last for many years and retain their beauty.
2.2 Size and Measurements: Please review the sizing of your flowers and our items to ensure a proper fit. It is your responsibility to measure the flowers before purchase. If you have any concerns, please contact us and we will be happy to advise.
2.3 Handmade Nature: All our products are handmade, and slight imperfections may occur. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the descriptions and photos.
Section 3: Order Processing and Cancellations
3.1 Order Processing: Once your order is received, we begin preparations for the arrival of your flowers. This is to start the drying process, which can take upto 4 weeks depending on the flower.
Section 4: Casting and Layer Lines
4.1 Casting Process: All resin items are casted in layers to preserve flowers effectively. Consequently, visible layer lines are not considered defects.
Section 5: Unforeseen Circumstances and Refunds
5.1 Order Completion: In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent order completion, a full refund will be provided, and we may recommend another artist if needed.
Section 6: Preparing & Sending us Flowers
6.1 Preparing Flowers: Follow our strict instructions for preparing flowers for delivery. Failure to do so may result in order rejection.
Section 7: Refunds and Spare Flowers
7.1 Refunds: Refunds are not accepted on flower preservation services, but please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if any issues arise.
7.2 Spare Flowers: Unused dried flowers will be kept or disposed of, but if you wish to have them returned, contact us within 7 days of receiving your finished order.
Section 8: Processing Time and Updates
8.1 Processing Time: Our processing time varies throughout the year, especially during peak seasons. We reserve the right to extend processing times as needed to maintain quality. Currently our processing times are 16 - 20 weeks for Flower Preservation products. Please check the website regularly for any changes.
8.2 Updates: We will provide updates via email throughout the process. Please ensure you add our email address to your safe senders list to receive updates accordingly.

a. The content of this website is for general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
c. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
2. Product Information
a. We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of our handmade & custom items, including their materials, dimensions, and unique characteristics. However, please note that due to the nature of handmade & custom products, slight variations in colour, texture, and design may occur.
b. All images and photographs displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may differ slightly from the images shown, as every item made is unique.
3. Product Creation / Handmade Disclaimer
a. Unless stated, all our products are handmade and could have slight defects. This is perfectly normal. Our products are not made by a machine and purely by hand. For example, defects could include air bubbles within or on the outside of your shape/letter or slight markings left by the mould used to create your product.
b. Flowers must be thoroughly dried before preservation or the flowers could spoil, so completion time may vary between 10-16 weeks depending on busy periods such as (Summer, Christmas or Wedding Season). Please get in touch if you need your keepsake sooner or for a certain date.
c. Letters: Letters J, F & P are not freestanding. we advise either using a clear glue dot to help support these letters, but it is not guaranteed that this method will work for everybody. We include these with your order, but its best to have some spare if needed.
4. Ordering and Payment
a. To place an order, select the desired handmade/custom item(s), personalise to your choice and proceed to the checkout process on our website.
b. By confirming your order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item(s). All orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may reject at our discretion.
c. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.
d. Prices listed on our website are in the designated currency and do not include any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties. These additional charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
5. Shipping and Delivery
a. Order processing: Please allow 10-16 weeks before your product is ready. Please see How it Works for more information.
b. Once your item(s) have been created and the resin is cured, they will be shipped using a tracked service. You will receive notification of dispatch, plus any tracking information.
6. Returns and Exchanges
a. We take pride in the quality of our handmade & custom items and strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to discuss the issue.
b. Due to the nature of custom made products, returns or exchanges are not permitted.
c. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, excluding any shipping fees and additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property
a. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to our handmade items, website content, and materials are owned or licensed by us. Any unauthorised use or reproduction of these rights is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or inability to use our handmade or custom items, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
b. Our total liability, regardless of the circumstances, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the purchased handmade or custom item(s).
9. Governing Law
a. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for updates.
