Sending the correct amount of flowers
If you have a smaller order, please refrain from sending the entire bouquet. Please see the guide below for an estimate of how many flowers you will need.

Ensuring safe delivery of your flowers
Fresh Flowers
Wrap just the stems with damp tissue and then foil, and secure them in the box or Tupperware with scrunched-up newspaper for added protection. Avoid using plastic bags as they can cause sweating and rotting. Please do not wrap the head of the flower.
Dried Flowers
To ensure the safety of your dried flowers during transit, please package them securely in a sturdy container to prevent any movement or damage.
Are ashes being sent too?
Please make sure to securely place them in a secure container and label them.
Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery to send your flowers to us.
Where do I send my flowers?
After placing your order, an email containing detailed instructions will be sent to you. This email will include details such as the designated address for sending your flowers. Kindly ensure to thoroughly review and follow all these provided instructions.
Please ensure your order number is included in your package for identification purposes. We suggest printing out this email and including it in your package.
Processing time
Due to an increase in orders, the processing time will be approximately 12 to 16 weeks. Rest assured, we will keep you informed if any adjustments are necessary.
